8 Great Presque Isle and 20D Fine Pix

Sarah and I went down to beach 10 for DISCOVER PRESQUE ISLE DAYS on Wednesday to see a band in the sand. It was a band called Mambo. The band had about 5 or 6 members, and you probably guessed what kind of music they played. Mambo, that’s right. It was the kind of band that you could just listen and never stop moving your head to the beat. They were good.

It is kind of cool to see Erie throwing some good shindigs more and more each year. It gives us Erie people something to cheer about.

We will be going to 8 Great Tuesdays next week at the Pepsi Amphitheater to see ‘ONE WORLD TRIBE'. They are another awesome band you could to get down to.

I will be happy to post Pic’s of new events that come my way, as soon as I purchase my Canon 20D. Rich, you’re making me a little jealous with those fine pix.

Real Poker Chips?

Does anyone own a real set of poker chips?

By REAL I mean;
-All Clay -One of a kind -Absolutely 100% Casino grade -Highest quality James Bond, World Poker Tour, Daniel Negreanu, Phil Helmuth REAL!. Or something at least close to this (Well, at least All-Clay).
Not the $40, Target bought, Composite, Metal insert, Dice Chips that I personally own already (not that there's anything wrong with that). But the real thing. The one's that look at you and say...
...We're Clay, We're Real, Get used to it!

I am just looking to upgrade, and was wondering if anyone can give me some info on High Quality Chips. What Brand? What weight? Where did you purchase? About how much did they cost you? How many did you buy? Was it worth it to you? You know, this sort of thing.

If anyone can help me out with this, that would be great.

Monthly Update

Bimonthly to be exact (I know, I need to make a point to blog a little more often).

I am finished with school now and I am currently working at GE as a Systems Analyst, contracted out through The Forquer Group. I started there June 1, 2005 and have been enjoying it ever since.

What Do I Do?

My job is to Help Buyers and Suppliers communicate with each other as well as help them navigate there way though GE websites. Mostly though Email, and sometimes through phone.
